Hey guys! I was about to bite the bullet on this beautiful dark brown Poly-Wool blazer, but SSENSE only stocks it at an XS right now. Was gravitating more towards an S, but I’m not really sure about the sizing for this piece! Can anyone help me out? ? I’m only at 171cm, and 61kg/135lbs.

Thanks so much!

I know you guys have touched on the sizing of the 4 pleats a few times recently so I wanted to share my experience and dilemma as well. For reference, I'm 5'8, ~165 lbs.

I almost always purchase 32 in pants but I wasn't sure about these so I copped the brown ventile ones in M and the black ones in S. While the brown ones are significantly more comfortable in the waist, they're baggy in the crotch and in the legs. On the other hand, the black ones are pretty tight on the waist (I'd be worry about the button popping after a full meal lol) but fit so much better everywhere else and so I'm still unsure which ones to keep. Any advice would be welcomed.

Depends a bit on what you want from them imo. Would've kept the black and let them out at the waist if there's any allowance there.

I agree, black look better. If you find them comfortable enough then keep that pair. Otherwise like Citaro said check for allowance to let out.

If anybody knows, i wouldn't mind an answer to this either.
I ordered the grey version but it was cancelled, so it didn't help. I don't know whether to get L or XL.

Are these the black cotton ones from this FW? How is the fabric? Is it heavy or midweight? I've been eyeing some one sale...

I think the black look better here but I think the brown would look good too if you hemmed them (and maybe add a slight taper below the knee)? That seems like an easier and less obtrusive alteration than letting out the waist of the black ones.

@Pastamancer for sure!

I feel like Andrew really takes the time to shoot things such that it inspires actual ways to wear the items he buys, as opposed to shooting a really progressive item of clothing in a stiff Macy's catalog kind of way.

Agree 100% the Dpto styling and photos are excellent. Funny because it seems like they just take them on the sidewalk, but clearly they have an opinion about how everything is supposed to look.
