Yes and you know what. I prefer to buy boots which I can try on, the last and sizing. And not just ordering as mto a last and sizing I don’t know. Also not something from factory. If it doesn’t fit I’ll return to the dealer.

Thanks. I'm pleased with them. Quality is quite good for their price. For reference, I paid about $380 for the boots and $50 for EMS. Turnaround was 3-4 weeks...

I believe the Jack & white bros boots are just stitch down only w/ limited leather and sole options which is why they’re such a fraction of the price of his custom work.

Most custom models I’ve seen (as well as my pair) are combination of hand sewn and machine stitch unless someone opts to go fully hand sewn. I have seen some custom models with just Stitchdown but only on wedge soles.

If I may ask, was it a fit issue? Were these from S&S?
