^ Looking for something like this.

Any material is fine, ideally the cheaper the better.

Thanks!

Epaulet offers their Doyle that looks like not too different than this. If you want you can google around, this style is not all that different than a French chore coat/jacket.

If you're prepared to spend this amount I would suggest you go down the bespoke route.

that looks like a fashion brand's version of a navy sport coat except they've added a throat latch. years ago, brands such as engineered garments and woolrich woolen mills used to do stuff like this. ralph lauren also does it often. the most distinctive thing on that example (from what i can tell on the mannequin) is the fit -- it's short, slim, and has a somewhat overlapping front (so less like a traditional sport coat and more like a fashion brand's interpretation of a hunting jacket). tbh, that kind of fit doesn't always look good on people, but you can try fashiony heritage brands. call drinkwaters in cambridge to see if they stock anything or have any suggestions. or see if engineered garments has something. it may be hard to track this down because fashion collections often change from season to season.

just make sure you want that kind of fit, and not a traditional navy sport coat. or a traditional navy sport coat with a throat latch. all three are slightly different things.
