Is my vintage Yves Saint Laurent suit fake?

I bought a vintage Yves Saint Laurent suit that was apparently never worn, online from a website called Vestiaire Collection which is supposed to authenticate the clothing. I received it and 2 things seemed off to me.

1. It says Made In South Africa on it when I thought these were made in France

2. It has no detailed tag in any of the jackets pockets which all my other suits have.

Another detail is that the button on front of the pants started unthreading straight away.

The tag attached isn't from the product, it's just Vestiaire collections tag

Please tell me if this is a fake suit.
I have attached a bunch of images

YSL sold their brand out and lots of stuff got branded YSL at various levels of quality. I myself have a YSL branded tweed jacket that is fairly cheap in construction. Assuming you didn't pay much I wouldn't worry.
