I believe the Park Avenues were on sale during the Nordstrom Anniversary sale which is in July.
That's when new season and staples go on sale.
The semi-annual sale is the typical seasona sale of end of season merchandise. The ones for men typcially start the day after xmas and around Father's day. Their designer goods are on a slightly different schedule.

Best to buy them all based on an SF tip before others have a chance to buy and then list them on B&S for 3 times the price. That is how we roll here.

I like the Fifth Revenue in dark brown color. I had a pair in size 8D but they were too big, I got a pair in 7.5D and they were wonderful. I usually wear size 8.
