^^ If the purpose of starting this thread was to apologize and move on, then I guess everyone gave their input and the matter was laid to rest. Bumping it now is only trolling for reactions.

This is stupid. It is an ill-founded conceit to believe that being a client of a tailor makes you some sort of designer whose orders are proprietary designs. At the end of the day, you are just having clothes made by professionals who may make exactly the same sorts of decisions for multiple clients, according to classical formulas that you did not invent, with cloth from selections that are openly available to others. If you've ever worked with a tailor, you'd realize it's perfectly normal for him to bring you works-in-progress for other clients and ask you if you'd like the same. This is not high art we're talking about. Bespoke clothes do not bestow individuality or identity.
