6'3", 206 this morning. I'm typically right around 200, but tearing one's hamstring has a way of limiting physical activity.

6'1" 225. I need to lose about 10-15 and im in a good range for me. Much like at least one of the other posters I read, if I got down to 180-190, people would think something was wrong with me....

I'm 257.8 as of my last weigh in. I have lost 120 pounds and need to lose probably at least 60 to 70 more. It has taken about 3 1/2 years to get this far; I hope to eventually get the rest of it off.

I'm only 5' 9" and not especially burly.

6'4" and I like to think I'm 250 but probably closer to 260 right now. I need to lose 15 pounds to get to my ideal weight.
