I like this one and many of your others. You experiment with challenging colors and combos and that takes courage knowing some come off and others maybe less so. Good on you.
Thanks buddy.

I do indeed like to try different styles/ colors.. While a lot of them got a "Nahhhh" but it's kind of fun to do so.

Keep doing it. It is fun and quite frankly it encourages others to do so as well. I know it does for me.

Windsor Tan - Tobacco Cavalry Twill Trousers

What could be a sexier color name than the “Windsor Tan” if interpreted literally? This is my preferred choice of pants this fall. The Cavalry Twill bunch from Brisbane Moss, another solid workhorse, new to our collection, but not to my wardrobe - I have been wearing a different pair od trousers cut from this fabric for the last 2 years.

At the top, one of my navy blue jackets, worn with a Saint Michael the Archangel painting pocket square (which ultimately did not go into production - what a pity!) in the breast pocket. Additionally, striped bestsellers from previous years: a shantung tie and an OCBD shirt made of recycled cotton from Albini. And at the very bottom…

The weather in NYC today is partly sunny and cold, with wind chills below freezing. As I've got a members' "do" at the Morgan Library this evening, I decided to suit up, and act like a civilized person for a short while, at least.

Suit - Paul Stuart/Phineas Cole
Shirt - Brooks Brothers
Tie - Paul Stuart
Braces - T M Lewin
Cufflinks - The Persian Shop, NYC
Pocket square - Brooks Brothers
Shoes - Septieme Largeur, Paris
Overcoat - Brooks Brothers
Scarf - Johnstons of Elgin
Hat - Laird Hatters, London
