It is at least double lined. Maybe triple. There are two separate pieces of wool lining, and one of those is thicker than the other and appears to actually be two separate pieces itself.

That is excellent, as usual, upr_crust.
Sometimes, like today, I can't help but wonder what a slightly less traditional cut might look like? Slightly wider lapel with less bowing and maybe more open quarters. Similar to the Cantarellis at NMWA.

Would love to see Señor Crust try out a Formosa. Maybe see if you can arrange a fitting with Greg? :)

How about a fit?

First time wearing a knit.

This is let down only by the overly casual pants. At least put a crease in 'em, dammit!

I might frame this and put it on my wall and put little hearts at every corner and stitch it into every piece of clothing in this fit.

Yes, do that. :)

That said: Tie and pants are definitely similar by intent. The PS is more golden yellow than brown though I think it's much more similar than I intended. Oh well, can I just say I meant to do that?

ZOMG YAY! CELEBRATION!

You most certainly may stake that claim.

Love the specs, @Cleav
! Very distinguished

Indeed. Perfect shape for your face, Cleav.

Raw silk. Beautiful tie but it ties a poor knot. (4IH) in this case.

who dares wins..nice

As if I don't have enough drainage of my net worth between BB, Paul Stuart, and New & Lingwood, you want me to try yet another drug of choice? Oy . . . :embar:

Nice ensemble. Although some details are obscured by the shot here being a little silhouetted, some things are revealed. Is this suit OTR or MTM / bespoke? I ask because I've noticed on the fits you've posted from this angle and in this location that your hips appear* to be relatively wide compared to your upper body / shoulders (as with plenty more guys than would like to admit it!), and this jacket draws attention to that rather than compensating for it. Just some food for thought...

*terms and conditions apply... i.e. I could be completely wrong and it might be the angle or the stance or any number of other things.

Just a quick observation with respect to @ridethecliche 's fit.

Colour matching is outstanding, with everything referencing everything else. I also think the overall level of coherence with respect to textures, casualness, city-country spectrum and so on, is pretty good. For this reason I am completely unperturbed by the shortish collar, relative lack of trouser crease, and playful sock/shoe styling.

Nitpicking the above remains as always a useful exercise, but in this case I would say misdirected. It's a highly coherent fit, worlds away from where RTC started a few months ago.
