Fabulous jacket. I have to say I'm not so much into odd striped jackets and would have liked to see a suit there but I'm in love for the fabric. I saw a grey caruso with red stripes online in my size but can't decide whether I'm purchasing it. It's even better in blue...

Nice in any case!

Hello all,

First post here! Just thought I'd share my outfit today with you, would be nice for some feedback as I'm kinda new to this style of dress! Sorry for poor picture quality, was in a rush.

Hello, and cheers

The entire board: Hey man, nice look! Great look. That's how you do it. Perfect! WOW!
Japan Alex: Your pants are 1/4' too long.

There was quite obvious double/triple break going on--at the back, there was break, which is a no-no for me. I was just trying to alert him, if he hadn't noticed. Bully for him, if he doesn't care. You know, this is StyleForum, the most anal site on the planet bar analsluts.com.

Nice cloth, I´d like that. But the waist coat is to short for me. The belt should not be seen. Try with suspebders in your trousers. Is the suit new or vintage?

Welcome.

A few... suggestions

The jacket is too short and too tight.

The trousers are too baggy and worn too low.

You might find that a less shiny tie better complements a tweedy 3-piece suit.

Zythophile,

I agree that the jacket is too short for you, trousers do not fit well, always keep the bottom button of your jacket undone (it's made to be that way), and the tie knot is too big for my tastes and I don't like the color with this outfit.

Ah yes, I am aware of the bottom button, I did it up to demonstrate my fears that I have gotten fatter and taller since I got the jacket - looks like my fears were justified! I must say I prefer a large knot however.

I live in Oxford and my gf lives in London but I work there too sometimes, so I had to throw this outfit together a bit with limited stuff! Anywho...guess I'll just keep that outfit for its original purpose - shooting!

Cheers for info!

lol Don't do that.

You're British? I have noticed a weird fetish for large tie knots (and pink ties also, but that's another story) among the British. Reminds me too much of what was once termed "Premier League buffoons". Although American sports figures are not immune to it either.

I meant demonstrate on here! I didn't go out like that lol

Yes I'm British ha. I only like a large full Windsor though, like other knots smaller. Don't ask why!

I like the aggressiveness in Zytho's first fit.

And agree about the tie (both the knot and the fabric)
