I'd give you a B...for boring.
Suits can make a man look handsome and some suits can make a man look like he's wearing a uniform...all the looks on this page remind me of the latter

le sigh. not even worth bothering.

It's a grotesque and overly bold hue, is all I'm saying. You'd have to be colour blind, to find it attractive.

have to disagree with you on this one.

There might be a reasons not to prefer a four-in-hand knot but I don't think sloppiness could possibly be one of them. It's simple and unobtrusive.
Any knot can look sloppy if it isn't tightened to the collar.

yes.

I have seen some men wear the 4 in hand with great charm. I personally think the Half Windsor is the most elegant. If the tie is unlined and/or very light silk I find a Full Windsor to be quite dashing.

not sure if i fing the HW most elegant, but that is all i tie. for the life of mei cant get a FIH or DFIH to look right. it is one of my great disappointments.

Butler, your Community Profile picture is my favorite picture on Style Forum.

never saw that pic. pretty awesome indeed.

Thus further cementing my feeling that pocket squares are something I will never understand. Which has not kept SF from providing the impetus to begin purchasing them.

kinda in the same boat. except i do really like them, and i think many of them are super awesome when laid flat. i just always feel like a tool when i try to wear one. yet another great disappointment in the sartorial life of stitch.

maiden voyage for the SC and tie. :)

not in love with how this collar looks closed, and with a tie, but i think i like the look over all.

also, ill save you the trouble, the bump on the top right shoulder is the shirt that was bunched at the time. that has been taken care of since.

"Your collar looks exactly like what an OCBD collar should look like with a tie - no worries, boychik"

 thanks, crusty!

+1 to both

thanks, what is the issue with the bottom? they are just plain gray flannel trousers (they came up way dark in the full length pic) and brown penny loafers.

stitch, those loafers suck.
The rest is nice.
Edited for taste.

they do not. they are awesome.

thank you

what did this say pre edit. PM me if you dont want to say publicly.

Stiches, the drop-crotch look is really not flattering.

:fu: i knew i should not have posted a fit pic. the crotch is actually not drop at all, its rather close. you are seeing poor lighting, shadows, and the effect of my fat thighs together.

back to chest shots again :(
