Cotton & Linen Tuesday
I think I've got it - you lost a little more weight, perhaps? Too baggy, but I've seen that jacket B4 I think and I didn't have that reaction then.
Very conservative from you today? Works though.
I drank this absinthe, everything got fuzzy, and suddenly my right foot was 3 times it's normal size.
O.K., but your pants are to short
A dashing pocket square. Cool trouser. A man who is dressed for summer. I like the "study" in blue--shirt, coat, tie. I would add a black and white spectator shoe.
Looks good but for me this look screams for some nice brown suede loafers.
A bit too much going on here, I think. The trousers and the jacket seem to belong in different classes of formality, and the shoes don't really go with either. But that is a lovely buttonhole -- who's the maker?
I see we have similar thoughts on the brain today, blue. I skipped the seersucker, went with white pants and I went for the suede loafers.
Cool and rainy day (so much for August):
no more beach for me after tomorrow.
I drank this absinthe, everything got fuzzy, and suddenly my right foot was 3 times it's normal size.
I feel like you often "just miss." This look is a good example. Something doesn't work quite right, though I can't put my finger on it. The obvious choice is the square, but I actually think it's the bright blue tie - it's out of place.
Nice fixtures
Standard. I wish to see the vomit patina on your shoes.
Maybe a blue a little less electric, and a little more navy. If you were going with a choc tie, I think you'd have to scrap the ice blue shirt.Curious - with a blue SC, blue shirt, grey/white seersucker pants and grey shoes, what color would you have put? I had a grey with it out this morning, but it seemed too washed out.
Conversely, with the same outfit and brown shoes, would you have prefered a chocolate grenadine?
