    That ocean looks so welcoming.

    Cotton & Linen Tuesday

    Love the tie.

I think I've got it - you lost a little more weight, perhaps? Too baggy, but I've seen that jacket B4 I think and I didn't have that reaction then.

Hmm. I don't think I've lost any more weight, but I guess it's possible. I'll weigh myself next time I get a chance. The jacket feels just the same as it did before, but when I've taken pics of it before for here, it's been buttoned up I think, rather than the unbuttoned pose I did today. I guess that might make it look baggier?

Very conservative from you today? Works though.

    Thanks, HF.

MBreinin - Very fresh outfit, I'm liking the upper part the most.

    Thank you, Sir.

Nice colours, Parker. (Even the camera fits in nicely.)

Standard. I wish to see the vomit patina on your shoes.

My hard bespoke commits to my variable tastes. I guess moo will like the the soft bespoke more.

I drank this absinthe, everything got fuzzy, and suddenly my right foot was 3 times it's normal size.

O.K., but your pants are to short

To each his own. I might add that my left foot is lifting as I am walking!

A dashing pocket square. Cool trouser. A man who is dressed for summer. I like the "study" in blue--shirt, coat, tie. I would add a black and white spectator shoe.

Thanks - and yes, a B/W spectator is a gap I need to fill. I love how I start dialing in my clothes to something more cohesive, my shoe arsenal needs expanding... [IMG]

Looks good but for me this look screams for some nice brown suede loafers.

Yep, need those too. But really - you dont think the grey worked? I thought the grey with the b/w square and the grey/white stripe seersuckers, it flowed nicely (Nii - you see me, not contrasting there?)

A bit too much going on here, I think. The trousers and the jacket seem to belong in different classes of formality, and the shoes don't really go with either. But that is a lovely buttonhole -- who's the maker?

Wow - Im shocked again at the shoe comment. I had a brown out and I hated it with the fit.

Thanks on the jacket though - its MG.

    Loving the tie Spoo

    I see you, NYR. [IMG]

I see we have similar thoughts on the brain today, blue. I skipped the seersucker, went with white pants and I went for the suede loafers. [IMG]

Looks like you win today, Mike [IMG]

Well done, and yes, very conservative today.... firing someone?

Cool and rainy day (so much for August):

Im sweating just looking at that. It was 93 and humid today. Ugh.

    Lovely sweater though.

no more beach for me after tomorrow.

Is Turks and Caicos the new SF approved summer destination?

I drank this absinthe, everything got fuzzy, and suddenly my right foot was 3 times it's normal size.

is Hipstamatic the new SF approved iPhone app?

I feel like you often "just miss." This look is a good example. Something doesn't work quite right, though I can't put my finger on it. The obvious choice is the square, but I actually think it's the bright blue tie - it's out of place.

Curious - with a blue SC, blue shirt, grey/white seersucker pants and grey shoes, what color would you have put? I had a grey with it out this morning, but it seemed too washed out.

Conversely, with the same outfit and brown shoes, would you have prefered a chocolate grenadine?

    Nice fixtures

    +1

This is like a haiku-inspired riddle. I will ponder it during tomorrow's journey across the Atlantic. If I solve it, I will have the answer inscribed in a stone, which I will leave at the High Place of Sacrifice, Petra, Jordan. A Bedouin will have it - the code phrase is: "What's the Frequency, Kenneth?"

Hipstamatic sounds like an orthopedic implant. And what's an iPhone?

It's actually FXCam on a Droid Incredible

Maybe a blue a little less electric, and a little more navy. If you were going with a choc tie, I think you'd have to scrap the ice blue shirt.

Haven't posted a look in a while. Figure a conservative one is a safe bet (I hope).

Note: I had asked the tailor for 2" cuffs, but they ended up making 1.5" cuffs. I was happy with the way they turned out, so I kept them.

Feedback, as always, is very much appreciated.

I know you can't see the whole thing, but this was the most I could muster for today.
