Hi All,

Anyone know where I can find high-quality, elegant (e.g. not cheap, shiny satin) cumberbunds and bow ties? Thomas Pink has a great burgundy set. Anyone aware of other ones available?

Thanks!

You will find few posters here who would consider looking for non-white-or-black ties and cummerbunds for eveningwear. Mostly, we'll just try to talk you into sticking with proper black or white tie.

A black silk bow-tie and cummerbund for black tie, or a white cotton bow-tie for white tie are the ones you'll find most readily in a high-quality make. All else is mostly worn by young people attending proms, waiters, servants, and musicians. Usually the people that demand the other stuff aren't looking for quality.
