Help with Military Coat

Looks like a much slimmer, peak-lapelled variation on a naval bridge coat.

As for where to find one, I wish I could remember where I've seen that coat before. I've definitely seen it, but I just can't place it. Sorry.

Cool thanks a lot for the info. In the pictures it doesn't look like there are holes for the buttons to actually close the jacket is that common or am i simply seeing it wrong?
