Hanover Longwings

Bought some used Hanover LB sheppard longwiings. Just wanted to get your thoughts as to how I can make them wearable? The seller described them as cognac but I saw a older post calling them tan. I am guessing some Lexol conditioner, and shoe polish (what color?) do they need to be recrafted? Will it be possible they have leather soles and goodyear welts? they actually look like they are in good shape to me, though its hard to tell from the pics I could see

Hope that makes them look better.

So are they wearable as is? Also will tan shoe polish work?
