I think it's the stance - I'm leaning backwards slightly, and one leg is slightly out to the side. I don't think it's a belly issue. Having said that - I'm not sure whether the cut and hacking pockets do me any favours on the hip front. I'll try and get a perfect pose at some point and ask

Note that the two best entries are NOBD and MoK. Both of these guys are able to post fits here and in SW&D. Same goes for Aeglus, who has had some very strong contest entries in the past. Probably not a coincidence.

Potentially, but they are weighed down by their heavy boots; MCers are able to step more lightly, in their loafers.
