It really depends on how it ships and what responsibility you as the buyer are willing to take as well as what the value of the item is.

To my knowledge the only trackable method aside from ups or fedex etc is USPS express which does in fact cost around that.

I don't make money on my shipping and merely pass the cost along.

If you are willing to take the risk I it getting lost with no refund to you then by all means (depending on the value) I would be willing to ship it to less.

Somebody by the Begg scarves. I bought the multicolored square one for my wife and it is amazing(AB80E-06). The large dark colored paisley ones are better than superb. In general, the quality of the cashmere is, literally, the best available. At least compared to what I have seen.
