John Pearse made a good-looking pinstriped denim DB for Glenn O'Brien, as seen here: http://thesartorialist.blogspot.com/...gqs-style.html but that was almost certainly not raw denim. I think the stiffness of raw denim may be an insurmountable obstacle to having a happy suit, irrespective of the tailor's skill. Hope the wedding & marriage are happy regardless.

a denim suit might be 'fun' for a mock wedding at a festival ( google lost vagueness , glastonbury for instance ,i've had friends married in clowns outfits at those) but cementing a partnership for life deserves reverence . customs and traditions are not to be played with lightly.

marriage is an institution and all institutions require adherence to tradition.
certainly not making a mockery of it. but then again marriages are not taken seriously these days hence the alarming divorce rates.

if in the future marriage break ups reach 90% we may see wedding suits with adidas trefoils on the back.

a modicum of SERIOUSNESS is required here.

look kiya , if you are gonna piss about with a wedding custom why bother with it at all ??

for the memory of our ancestors and the honour of our gods !!

you look like you're going to a gay wedding , dude.

gay wedding? wow. you are a classy human being.

a wedding is a personal event, to be shared by friends and family, in any way that the participants see fit. why would you assume that he isnt taking this seriously? because from where im sitting it looks like kiya put alot of work into this ceremony.

commenting on the fit of the suit would have been fine but to wield personal
insults to a complete stranger has shown you to be a completely tasteless pig of a man. no amount of sartorial knowledge can hide that.

welcome to the steez *****.
