This is in SW&D so I'll do a streetwear specific list.
-CP Achilles Mid Patent Bone
-Nice Collective Leather Trimmed Trench
-W+H Raw Indigo Denim
-W+H Western Flannels (I have 2 now)
-Helmut Lang military shirt circa 98, still going strong.

Honourable mention to NiCo combat boots which are now seeing regular use.

If I was doing a menswear one, it would look something like
Helmut Lang 2 button suit circa 2005
John Varvatos floral pattern shirt
Kent Wang x Thick as Thieves OCBDs (I have 4)
Salvatore Ferragamo Tramezza semibrogue balmorals (I have 2 pair, one brown one navy blue)
Paul Smith short double breasted jacket, black.

I could probably have put in any of my Incotex in that last spot since I wear them more often than anything but it's more of a utilitarian, good fit, well made thing than a particular "favourite" attachment to them. Also, honourable mention to my AE hampsteads and C&J brecons (the latter get tons of use).

Here's my top 5 :

1. Levi's Cap E Straight Fit: took me a few years to find a pair of cap E's who's fit and finish I really liked. Finally found it last month. These have quickly become a fave.

2. J Crew Grey Chambray Shirt: Another very new addition, but it stands out in my closet amongst a sea of shirts. The classic nature of this shirt is what really drew me to it.

3. Red Wing boots: Makes me long for snow in April

4. Converse Jack Purcells: I swore off sneakers from 1992 till I bought these in 2006. This is what sneakers are all about. Simple, classic, and masculine. No fancy laces, air pumps, etc.

5. Merona brown wool herringbone vest: A Target steal @19.99. I've gotten more compliments on this than any other piece this year.

Those vests from Target are really good. I've got a couple of them and love both.
