My presumption is if someone is dealing in second hand, overstock, etc. They're more likely to have a variety of goods, if they have a source of fakes or fake labels it's more likely to be a single brand

It’s real. As to how much you should pay for it, that’s completely up to you. Looks like Givenchy En Plus is a women’s line from the 80s/90s. The fact that it says “Germany” and not “West Germany” or ‘East Germany’ leads me to believe that the piece you’re looking at was made in the 90s after Germany was re-unified.

Do you like it? Is the asking price in your price range? If yes, buy it.
