Cool, one of the ideas we thought of for our fit guide was to have our model pictured wear every size shirt, so you can see what sizing up and down look like. Do you think this is helpful?
That is the best idea
Include model height/weight if they are not shy
The model wearing multiple sizes is an interesting idea, definitely worth a try.
Even just listing his chest size would be a big step up, though.
yea again, I don't really care about the model - just post measurements!
how about have three models, one skinny, one average, and one fat lol
or an interactive system where the user can feed the model virtual bowls of lard until the tees burst at the seams.
Idealistic, for sure. But an interesting point.
I don't have any problems with the current model. I'm happy that ya'll haven't gone the whole "starved and emaciated" route that seems to be so popular with high-fashion brands *dry heave*. The current model certainly isn't overweight or fat. He's not the fittest guy in the world, but then again, most Americans generally aren't "athletes".
It might be interesting to see what different people with different builds look like in the shirts, though, but I don't know what's involved with the logistics of something like that. Truth told, for 15 dollars it's not *that* big of an investment to figure out what the shirts look like on you. I'm glad I made that little leap.
Hey, guys at everlane, you don't have any positions available for a guy with no skills in the clothing industry, do ya? I can whip up one hell of a cappuccino!
Maybe consider changing the model? The current one looks kind of out of shape (no offense) and he looks like he's on some couch-potato swag in every shirt he's modeling for. just a suggestion, especially if you are getting a new batch of tee's with a taper it will be hard to see without a good model
maybe they are trying to appeal to the everyday type guy
Agreeing with this, I need a couple more sweaters in that style but I'm waiting for different (nicer) colors.
I like the blond model with freckles and pretty eyes, use her more

Belts, followed by summer t-shirt colors
thenanyu, can we get a way to filter by size? it's kind of annoying to have to click on every shirt to see whether or not your size is in stock. it'd be cool to be able to hide all the colors/styles that are out of stock/not your size.
are you ever going to bring back the canvas backpacks?
I just got my second order from everlane with a sweater and a few more t-shirts. They have great prompt service and the t-shirts are great. The t-shirts from my first batch have held up to a number of washings without any shrinkage or wear.
The neck on the sweater is rather large and a little misshapen (it almost seems stretched out). Did anyone else have this problem? I'm hoping I can reform it after a wash.
