Take a look at Spoke, they offer Chinos/Trousers/Jeans/Shorts in 400 sizes and 3 different cuts.

Yeah I tried out their sizing tool and it put me into pretty slim trousers as their “regular” fit (7.1” hem opening).
I suspect they use the 'A' cut for all the promo shots
The 'B' cut is still slim but not skinny and that's the one I order

You could try the 'Dww' cut, useful if you need to hide a couple of baguettes from the Gestapo ?
Poor fit for trousers. Fine for jeans I suppose. Or the athleisure that the influencer generation is wearing.
