If you're alright with cotton, there's a source you should consider.

One of the top of the line re-enactment suppliers does high-quality repros of WWII khakis and herringbone twill trousers (the same pants RRL and RMC will charge you $300 for), for $60 each. They run up to size 50W.

Here are a few models: Army khakis, Marine khakis, herringbone twills (currently sold out), wool slacks (these cost $100).

Take a look at Spoke, they offer Chinos/Trousers/Jeans/Shorts in 400 sizes and 3 different cuts.

The quality is good and 200 day return policy

Poor fit for trousers. Fine for jeans I suppose. Or the athleisure that the influencer generation is wearing.

Chinos actually (but they do sell proper wool trousers if that's your thing). I suppose if you don't like 1960s style cuts you might be a bit disappointed.
