First post to style forum. I found out about Neapolitan styles from mossrockss blog. What do you make of the fit on this:

For comparison here’s a more conventionally shoulder padded coat from Armani.

The Armani is 40R and the Eidos is 42R. I was a little thrown because most brands I was trying on seemed to be better in 40 but I know brands/items can run differently regardless of the stated size. I don’t have a usual size at the moment as I lost a lot of weight. Thanks in advance. It’s my first time so be gentle

Anyone know when the sample sale runs thru / whether it's been extended? Trying to get down there but also cannot go until I take my final.

edit: 95% sure I missed it, I know they usually extend a few days, but probably not 5.

Those were part of the '16 season IIRC. I forget what they are called but there was a huge pile of them at the sample sale in 17 and I got a pair. Awesome pants - I wear them at least once a week in the summer.

Nonno pant, based on my grandfather's old work chino. They never fit right. In NY Blues I revised the design to what became the Forio chino (same fit as the Morgan and Surplus) and they are fantastic if you can find them.

Shout out to my friend Adam @amckeague for this killer sweater. Of course he rigged it with the orange hunting jacket like it was done in the lookbook but I'll have to find some other outerwear to layer with.

It's a great sweater. For being such a thick knit, it doesn't feel like it adds a ton of bulk like some sweaters do. Obviously too thick to layer under a sportcoat, but just in terms of visually, it doesn't make me feel like the michelin man.
Would love to get it in the cream color, too.

Not that exact pant, but Nordstrom Rack has the white Morgan in 34 and 36. I think sizing on these was supposedly all over the map (I recall Antonio said he had to shrink them in the dryer), but they were TTS for me.
