EG Iverness vs G&G Mitchell

I understand the EG vs G&G differences, but having never seen either in the flesh, are there other differences between the EG Iverness and the G&G Mitchell that I am overlooking? It appears they are both faux brogue wholecuts? While I was contemplating the idea of the Iverness, I discovered the GG06 fits my instep better than the 202.

But to the OP, go with the Last that fits your feet better - assuming these will be used for walking

[Edit] On the off chance you are getting them MTO-ed, instep adjustment is a very standard adjustment. Either venue should have no problem accommodating it.

I strongly prefer the EG... and I generally like EG, so no surprise. The broguing feels heavier and more consistent on it I guess, which is strange, as I normally don't like broguing at all.

i like both equally, thro i feel the inverness leads it self better to darker redder tones and i fell the mitchell is more suited to more summery light brown tones

EG (I'm biased though with two pairs of Inverness myself). However, I'm not sure it would look as good on the 202.

I do not care for the unrefined styling of G&G. That said, if they fit you better it should be a no-brainer.

I'd pick the ones that don't look like clown shoes

I prefer the EG. The G&Gs vamp looks elongated, the perforations are too small and the toe is too chiseled for my tastes.
The EGs toe box looks a little taller and the vamp looks balanced with the length of the shoe.
These are my preferences based solely on aesthetics.
If the G&G fits better, that's a huge consideration.

The Inverness, by a long shot. I love a number of G&G models, but the Mitchell has always looked off to me.
