Hi everybody,

I happened to come across this thread when I googled "Willow calf + Utah + leather". Anyone knows any details on this type of leather? Maybe someone has any pictures of it made up into some kind of shoe or boot? That would really be killer!

Thanks in advance!

The EG catalog seems to indicate that the Asquith is only made on the 888

+1

If allowed on a different last, I understand it would have to be MTO or TD.

IMO, the Asquith is best suited for the 888. And there are plenty of models for which I would not say that.

Brought home a couple of new EG MTOs today. Wife: Hey honey, you know we don't have much storage space left in the apartment for your shoes. I got a great idea, why don't you take a few to the office and keep 'em there!? Me: Um, I did. Wife: Ok, how about the shop? Me: Um, I did. Wife: But do you really need more shoes? Me: *silence* *confusion* Wife: Ok honey, I understand.
:rotflmao: Sounds very similar to my household...except she doesn't know that I keep some at work

I think many of us have had the exact same conversation, myself included
Inerestingly, my conversations turn out a little differently: Wife: I know you love your shoes; we should go to Northampton. Me: :slayer: YES! I can book an appointment with the EG factory to see their rejects! Wife: Why do you want the rejects? Why don't you get the good ones? Where do they sell those? Me: Jermyn St. Wife: We should go there instead. Me: :bounce2: Commercial break:

I take the same size in both, but find the 202 a bit more roomy
