Hi all.

I'm ready to get my first "real" pair of MTM shoes (that requires care and you don't throw away).
I was looking at double monk oxblood which looks versatile, but having a very hard-time finding where to buy anyplace.
I went to Nordstrom, but all I found looked Off the Shelf. Found nice pairs at paulevansny.com, but online ordering only.

I'd rather not order online, because my foot is a bit wide and with a high(ish)-arch that needs a simple in-sole. So I need to try it on with the in-sole. No special orthopedic needs.

Any suggestions where to find this without going full bespoke? I'm willing to spend for a pair that fits well, durable, looks hand-made (can be repaired), and very well hand polished.

thanks!

Notice the professional polishing and burnished effect.

Wow. USD300 for MTM shoes that fit well, durable and handmade and hand polished. Let me know if you can find a deal like this. I'd like to sign up for it too.

Struggling to understand what you mean by "semi-bespoke"; especially for $300?

Ok. I was missing something.
Increased the budget A LOT. I think I forget to add a "0".

Still...you say you want "bespoke" but then talk about trying on with an insole? Surely that'd just be RTW with an insole?

Also, I'm not entirely sure a double monk in oxblood is as versatile as you think.

I was searching and thinking too much.
All I had to do was visit a local bespoke shoe store. They can easily make what I looking for that fits properly, has the type I want, the style I want. Yes, I also wrongly thought an insole was needed for a well fitting shoe.
Again, thanks for the help, I just have a lot to learn.
