Back of the leg could be cleaner but looks good overall and wouldn't mess with it.

Looks great man. I think the jacket length is fine. With a wider lapel and a bit fuller cut I dont think a shorter jacket looks as good. Awesome style. The pants are cool I think, maybe as others have suggest tapering the legs below the knee, but I think it would look fine when your walking. IF you feel good in it, you will look good in it!

I think you shouldn't modify the tailoring of the suit other than to make it fit your body more perfectly. You shouldn't buy a Tom Ford suit and then edit the way he cuts his suits. You should choose your suit vendor based on the style of their suits and then get it tailored to fit your body.

Also, I don't know who did the initial tailoring on your suit but they got the cuff buttons wrong. Tom Ford is known for having 5 working buttons on each cuff. It's kind of his thing. Get that fixed if you can.

As to your first point, I don't entirely agree with this. I need to have suit pants tapered a bit because my thighs are considerably thicker than my calves and if it's a truly straight leg the fact that I fill out the top half more accentuates the perceived flare below the knee.

As to your second, the OP mentioned that the buttons were just tacked on temporarily, as the cuff was not yet finished (RL does this on their Black Label suits as well).

For a fuller cut TF suit I think it looks good. Tapering the legs may make the whole suit look a little top heavy though so would be tempted to leave as is.

Just to clear things up for me: OP mentioned this was a C cut and in another thread there was a more fitted suit witch was a B cut. Where does the A cut fit in relative to B and C ? Is a A cut the slimmest or most fitted or have the most waist suppression?

Tapering the legs, if done right, will actually give more of a straiht leg effect, it won't look "tapered." Look at jeans; the jeans that most appear straight legged when worn are, in fact, a little tapered below the knee, which is noticable only when lain flat.
