Up for sale is a frankly amazing pair of pants, victim only to routine closet thinning-of-the-herd. This is a pair of Epaulet Rivet Chinos done in an amazingly soft cotton-linen twill in a stone/pale khaki color. The composition is roughtly 50-50 cotton-linen, giving you great breathability from the linen for true three-season wear with wrinkle resistance coming from both the cotton and the twill structure. I've seen a lot of cotton-linens, but I've never seen one before done in a classic trouser twill like this, much less one that has a hand this soft. (For Epaulet enthusiasts, this is the pre-May 2015 fit.) These chinos are done with a proper trouser construction, including a split waistband, allowing for easy alterations throughout. The inseam is indeed as long as indicated below, allowing you to roll the cuffs yourself to show off the herringbone taping detail inside for a very casual/summery look, or hem it to your desired length for something more business casual. Worn three times, size 32, hidden coin pocket. In all, these are terrific chinos that you should be able to wear now through the fall, both in cooler weather as well as the dog days of August.

Measurements:
Waist (laid flat): 16.5" with 1" to let out
Thigh: 12.25"
Leg opening: 7.25"
Inseam: 35"

Bought new for $165. Yours for $65 shipped SOLD.
