Where in the city do college aged kids (twenties) go to drink? What are the happening places in the city? Similar atmosphere to Santana Row in San Jose (slightly upscale).

Back in my yoot, I preferred the bars out in the Haight like noc-noc and Mad Dog in the Fog, but I don't even know if they exist anymore.
