Oh I forgot to mention - I'm sure they're comfortable (heard they are VERY much so) but I'm more hesitant about how they look. Do they look okay?

Good with jeans and chinos or only jeans? Looking at the beeswax as well.

. I like them better with dark indigo jeans more than I do with chinos. I'd imagine they'd look good with brown corduroys too. i can post up some pics with chinos and jeans if you want.

i'm thinking of buying a pair of clarks desert boots (beeswax), and was wondering how its sole holds up in icy/wet weather. it looks flat, and i'm concerned that these shoes might be slippery. anyone had any experience with this?

also, any recommendations on their sizing? are they true to size, bigger, smaller? by how much?

nah, I just can't remember the last time they were $45 and have a tendency for doubling up when things are cheap especially since i beat the hell out of my clarks. Nice to have a backup pair
