Oh, additionally I should say that the three piece at the end was a navy pinstripe. Seeing the movie two times sure helps with these things.

I think it was longer though.

I don't remember seeing him standing up... but if it was longer it could have been a bridge coat.

Best Line:

Her boyfriend will be the villian in the next one.

James Bond: Dry Martini.
Bartender: Oui, monsieur.
James Bond: Wait... three measures of Gordon's; one of vodka; half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it over ice, and add a thin slice of lemon peel.
Bartender: Yes, sir.
Tomelli: You know, I'll have one of those.
Infante: So will I.
Bartender: Certainly.
Felix Leiter: My friend, bring me one as well, keep the fruit.
Le Chiffre: [annoyed] That's it? Hm? Anyone want to play poker now?

That's a favorite I've been using that one long before the movie came out. One day they'll bring me one.

As Amis pointed out -- Fleming probably meant Lillet vermouth, rather than Kina Lillet, which is a different sort of aperitif. Still, points for consistency.
