Hello there!
I hope that someone can help me with sizing. I am eyeing an auction of a 80184 (Derby cap-toe boot) on the Oscar last. The size is 7 which is my size on the Loake Capital last, the best fitting last of the shoes I own. I have a pair of Carmina boots on the Soller last in 7,5 and they fit pretty well with a bit more room for my toes to wiggle around and also the chance of wearing thicker socks. With all this information given, do you think the boots I'm eyeing (size 7) would work?

Personal experience is that I size down from Oscar to soller. I wear an 11uk in all lasts except Simpson 1/2 up, Soller 1/2 down. That said Oscar is a roomy last and you might make it work. But I would be cautious.

Color 4 u-tip boots from Fall 2019 GMTO. I plan on getting another pair of shell u-tip boots with all eyelets, flat welt and ridgeway (victoria) sole.

It was in March. I still didn't receive my shoes. Just wanted to see what others are experiencing.

One of the things I dont really like about Carmina shoes ( on the casual end ) is how trim they cut the sole edge in flat welts. Seems like Carmina has done the wider edge for this japanese shop. I know it's personal preference, but I really like this look. May be @Carmina can confirm if we can request it as part of MTOs

I was part of round 2 and just got mine earlier this week. Haven't had a chance to wear them yet, and won't be until the lockdown is over

Thank you for the answer! These are sold in Sweden by a company. So even though they are second hand, I have the right to return the shoes in 14 days would they not fit. All I have to pay for is the shipping and the return shipping cost.

I have asked about this for MTO pairs a couple of times and was never quite able to get what I had in mind. If you are able to figure out the "fabricacion" code for this style, I would be very curious to know it.
