Same size for me in both with cavendish being a bit on the loose side not loose enough to size down.
Cavendish is a bit loose around the heel for me too, but they get better after using them for a while. My primary issue is the front (toe) part. I’ve worn shoes that’ve been to tight for a while, so I’ve developed bunions and need something that’s a bit looser in the front. Is it tighter in the front compared to Cavendish? Should I go with another last instead (one that still looks like Uetam)?

325 is a generous last. I wear 348, 341, 325 all in the same size. My toe is slim so I fit well in most of Carmina last some more snug but no issues after the break in period. I can have a look at all the Carmina’s I have but I know I have rain and Robert last to name a few. The most slim toe is Vass F last in case you own Vass very snug but I still take the same size in F last.

The 325 has a higher toe box?

While I'm not a fan of dynamic pricing it's not uncommon.
I don’t understand why the change. Up until the end of last year, prices were the same. Could understand if it was a currency conversion . But I checked using euros on both sides. Seems very underhand to be honest.

I think you've missed all the mess dealing with the bureaucracy has brought on? ;) I can understand why a company think that should be priced in.
I have to disagree. The delivery companies are having more work but not necessarily the retailers. In any case, it’s the company’s choice how they price. My choice is whether I want to provide them with repeat custom ?

It looks like they’re now charging UK customers more than other customers. If you take the Spanish price and remove their VAT, this is the price we should be paying. But it’s higher. I’ve brought this to their attention.
Me too. They explained it with different pricing for different markets. So it‘s deliberate and not an error
That’s insane. Love to hear their justification. They must think people won’t notice ?

Brexit and dealing with the pain?

Why is this even an issue?

Companies have been pricing goods differently based on local markets for many many years even before Brexit. Just because Carmina decided to do it now does not mean they are doing something wrong. It is about supply and demand as well as covering their costs. A Rolex watch has a lower MSRP in the UK than it has had in the USA for many years; Alden shoes and boots are almost twice the price in Japan and France than in the USA; Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, and Volvo have always added a "North American Tax" for their cars well above the actual legal import tax the US Federal Government requires. So, even if you strip away the VAT, Import taxes, and other legal taxes, goods have always been priced differently for different markets even after you have factored all the added costs of getting goods to those different markets.

As I said, they’re free to do as they wish and so am I ?
