I love Cable Car Clothiers. When you enter its' hushed precincts it is sill 1958-
But with 2030 prices.

Well, there is that. I enjoy the place, there aren't many left like it. It will be interesting to see what Jonathan does with it.

I've mentioned this before in SF, but I was told by a salesman in a now gone
high-end San Francisco mens shop, that for Pivnick, the nonagerian owner of
Cable Car, the store has been more or less a hobby for many years. He contended
that Pivnick has made a fortune in San Fransisco real estate over the decades.
