Mostly legal jargon but there's a section where it says my listing contains copyrighted images or logos.

"Your listing was reported for using the rights owner's copyrighted images without authorization. When listing this product, please do not copy photos from websites, catalogs or other sources and only use photos you have taken or get explicit written authorization from the rights owner to use their text on eBay."

There's no stock images or anything on the listing. Really strange because it's just a simple pair of $30 lulu crop leggings. Nothing special and I've never gotten one of these before.

And it’s even more frustrating since EBay will likely refuse to acknowledge that you used your own images.

But, the times I’ve reported other listings for using my images, those listings aren’t found to be in violation.

I got one from Patagonia (i think) a few years back. I contacted them directly using the VERO information and thanked them for the compliment that my photos looked as good as theirs. They recalled the vero and I was able to relist.

I thought I might cross-post here to some eBay selling and luxury items experts. Purchased these through Poshmark. I believe they are Fugazi. Any input would be appreciated.
Looks legit to me. Ask spoopoker he'll know for sure.

Add to your blocked: pica822

I sold a tie, wrapped in tissue paper and in a tie box for mailing. 3 weeks later he opens a return stating it arrived damaged with a pull. I have this area in the photos showing it undamaged. He refused to respond when I asked for photos showing the packaging damaged.

So I got an instant, canned response from the copyright enforcement company.. no help there.

Here's what I think occured with this Lulu Vero:

Under their Like New / Resale program they take photos of things the way we resellers do - Flat, on plain white background. I believe that my photo was mistaken for theirs and they thought I stole their photo from the resale site and it was reported automatically.

My listing photo:
1-54.JPG

If you lookup the same product on their website the photos look basically the same. I wouldn't expect a stupid computer to know the difference. So what I may have to start doing is making mine a bit different - Watermarking, etc.

What an age we live in now where good photos are bad and computers are stupid!

I guess your photos are just that good they think they're stock.

Has anybody used offsite ads through ebay?
I'm not sure i have enough volume to justify it, but i'm curious if it's worthwhile.
Seems like a good way for me to rack up some fees though!

If I'd be happy with $15, I might list it at $35 and then accept an offer of $15.

People seem more likely to buy if they think they're getting an amazing deal. But if I list at a lower price, they might skip the listing because they'll think it's cheap junk.
