The amount of detail that goes into ordering a pair of shoes is mind boggling compared to ordering a suit.

if you are in NY, Leffot has these from Aubercy http://blog.leffot.com/category/brands/aubercy/

I saw them in person and can say they are nice. About $1050 I think. Much better than when designers attempt to do this.

PS You should consider a balmoral/oxford lace-up boot before these. Especially, if you are considering them for anything remotly serious. If they are for fun / leisure then thats okay.

+1. Steven showed them to me the other day and they were quite tempting. They come with their own button hook.

Bykowski tailor and garb. About $360 to $400. They seem good so far and they're comfortable tow wear!
