I wouldn't bet on Killer Croc... Nolan already stated how hard it is to bring the penguin to the screen... so just imagine how hard Killer Croc would be.

Yeah, some people need to get with the program. Everything in the first first two Nolan Batman flicks are either realistic, or somewhat attainable to realism in the years to come. Nothing is supernatural and that is what makes it so beautiful.

my first reaction after seeing that gif is the person in the back behind batman looks like a crew member probably holding some film equipment up to his face. his stance, the way his hands are positioned, how he's standing steady, and his clothing, kind of reflect this. did a google search and looks like some other people on another forum had the same thought. but their argument is the same as mine: why wouldn't wb/nolan edit that out?

dunno. :bored:

his clothing was the main reason for the reaction tho. just seems out of place to me from how nolan has been dressing the cast/extras in the previous two films.

oh and, judging by the masked looking shape of the dark figure, i think gordon is talking to batman, not bruce.

Why is Nolan talking to Batman?

I think the figure is either an inmate or some goon.

I thought the guy in the back was someone pointing a rifle at Batman. Possibly an Arkham inmate?

my bad, i meant to type gordon, not nolan.

i have no idea who the mysterious figure in the back is. it was just my initial reaction he's a film crew member based on his clothing and stance. but i suppose you could be right, he may be an arkham inmate. but weren't the inmates shown to be wearing prison uniforms in batman begins?

Regarding the trailer: I know a chick who used to work in LA for a company that put together trailers for movies and there are a lot of factors not being taken into consideration in this discussion such as:

1) Movie studios often send pieces of film that for some reason or another make the trailer but don't make the movie. And we are not talking about visual parts, but pieces of music as well.

2) Consider that this isn;t a full-blown trailer, rather a teaser trailer, the movie is a full year away from its premier and still being filmed, to say nothing of post-production. Thus, it is wholly possible that the man in white in the background will be removed later before the release, just as its possible that he is part of the movie... at this stage there is no way to really know for certain.
