I wouldn't go all out here. Nice pants and a nice shirt with some oxfords is solid and will make people there treat you seriously. Anything more and you'll look like a weirdo who thinks his day of watching the local bank is an application for manager.

I work at a bank and most of the people there dress like slobs anyway. If you're in high school interning, I would just wear a navy suit that's fitted well. A white fitted shirt and a basic tie will suffice.

Guys, we are talking about a high school kid looking somebody in a local bank over the shoulder...this is not an interview at Goldman Sachs..."bring and present your resume package"...can't believe it...
This is more like it...

This is not the world of high finance, and the OP is a high school student. As someone stated, his goal should be to learn something, meet some new people, and have a good time. By throwing on slacks with decent shoes and a shirt/tie, I'm sure he will be dressed just fine.
This is for the interview, dumb ass, not the job!

wow, 3 months late, and no reading comprehension.

He is shadowing someone.

He clearly stated that he has the internship already.

Maybe read the thread again in another 3 months and you'll get it right.
