Query on size of shoe trees - should one get shoe trees of the same sizing as shoes?

I am asking because I struggle a fair bit when removing shoe tree from my oxford carmina (both size 11).

It's a matter of preference. Its a tad short IMO. go to a decent tailor and tell him you're interedted in no break

Sir good day,
Im plannig to wear a tux for my wedding. Is piana better than cashmire? Thank you,
And a good day to you. Your question is a bit confusing or confused. I'll try my best to help. There is a fabric mill in Italy called Loro Piana. They make regular wools, linens, cottons, some very unique fabrics, and cashmere. Loro Piana cashmere is among the best cashmere. Now, unless I've missed my mark, and there is a fabric mill named Cashmire (and according to my Google search, that is not the case), then that should clarify things. Now many mills make cashmere, and most cashmere is pretty nice for what it is. But if you can afford it, LP cashmere is the way to go.

I really like Hugo Boss shirts but they don't fit me very well off the rack at all so do Hugo Boss stores provide an alteration service? I don't mind if they charge a bit extra for this. I'm extremely thin. I have a 28 waist and 33 arms some people have reccomended TM Lewin super fitted shirts. The problem is they are all very bland. The other option is MTM but that means I will have to wait a while before I recieve my shirts and at £250 a shirt I wont be able to afford many!

Still another option would be to get to know a tailor you trust and take your shirts there to get them fitted. Over the long term, that's probably the better solution.

I agree with you that yes over the long term I need to find myself a tailor I can trust but in meantime do Hugo Boss offer an alteration service in their stores?

I have no idea. But I know places like Nordstrom do, in some case for free, and you can buy Boss there.

Sir Koala-t, thank you very much, ill ask it to my choice tailor. Are you from phils? Prince albert told me to use english cashmire. While manila haberdasher said that hell be using piana, i dnt know if thats the brand but its so soft and you can almost see thru the fabric if you aligned it on the sunlight. Im torn between those two tailor but also randy ortiz is one.
