Dr Mimo, holy macaroni and cheese! You're good. It's 42mm. http://www.authenticwatches.com/tag-heuer-link-cjf211a-ba0594.html#.UbDv0OfjdRc Wow, I never thought of my watch as a big watch. I am an idiot. Yes, I wear 15.5 shirts LOL. Guess I'll fatten up just so I can wear this watch...errrrr...just get a new watch.
If you ever get into made-to-measure shirts, one of the things they do is measure you with your watch on so you won't have this issue. Just an FYI.

On a more serious note..

I'm trying to build up my jackets and I've only got two right now. A linen houndstooth (blue) and a navy patch pocket blazer coming in tomorrow. Both Kent Wang as I have my fit dialed in. I was thinking another staple jacket would be some kind of brown. I didn't really want a non-patterned brown and not many of the decently priced suits at Kent Wang have a pattern I'd like (or at least, have the eye for yet, as I am quite stubborn). Something like another houndstooth or decently sized windowpane. If you have the time, do you see any patterns you would suggest for another staple blazer at Kent Wang?

eta for laziness:

TR7100. Eh? Or does that look too warm?

This is the one I will get eventually:

It's nice but for some reason I REALLY want another houndstooth. I think houndstooth is generally easier to dress down. Most of my stuff is built for classic-casual.

You are a lazy bastard.

As you're all blue so far, let's not go there.

But houndstooth is great - try grey or tan, or somewhere in between. A windowpane is maybe a bit less versatile but I like them; ditto a glen check. But the ones I like most from a brief look tend to be blue again. So maybe try a gun club-type check, in this case also a houndstooth.

That's pretty nice, I like that a lot. You don't like the one I linked you to at all? Or just the gun-club more?

And why is it called gun-club?

Sorry I didn't get that you had one in mind. Yes, I like it.

And I've no idea, look it up.

Thanks for your help man. I'll decide between your gun-club check or my suggestion (or both) in a month or so when I'm allowed to spend again. :-D

1. Navy w/ White dots...something like this http://www.landsend.com/pp/mens-silk-churchill-dot-necktie~149004_291.html 2. Burgundy Grenadine 3. Black silk knit Would these work with a navy and charcoal/gray suit w/ white and blue shirts?
#1 is okay, although a comparable tie from The Tie Bar would cost you 1/3 as much. Not that The Tie Bar's ties are necessarily world class super deluxe neckwear, but neither are Lands' End ties. (Both are perfectly adequate, however.) And the navy on the LE tie looks a little off to me. Might just be a bad pic, or my monitor. I agree with Mimo in that a microdot might be somewhat more to my liking, but I don't regard the LE Churchill dot as being in any way inappropriate for the office. #2 is fine. As for #3, I like silk knits just fine. I don't hate black ties, either. But if I only had 3 ties, I don't think I'd make one of them a black silk knit; it'd maybe be in my top dozen, but not my top three. And, as I mentioned already, I prefer pairing the relative informality of a knit tie, with the relative informality of a buttondown collar. Whereas you indicated you'd be wearing more formal, spread collar shirts. I'll add that if you're likely to be wearing ties with any real frequency, buying more than 3 might be a good idea.

Can anyone help me determine what kind of shoes these are? I know they were called the "deck shoe" by Gant rugger for there Pre-fall 2011 line, but I can't find them anymore. Would they be a moc-toe blucher? Thanks,

c

Here they are beat up in a black and white pic:
