Hi all,
My first post here. I had to seek impartial advice, as i am in a bizarre and irrational Ebay refund dispute !

I am the seller. They are the buyer.
I got a email from the buyer saying 'what is the armpit to armpit measurement please'......

Easy. Little google search. Simply lay the garment flat, measure from the point the armpit hits the body to the point on the other side of the jacket? 20 inches.

Buyer buys the item and says no. I am wrong. I measured 'underarm / chest' apparently. He says that 'pit to pit' is the point the seam hits the body (which on this jacket is inset by about 2 inches).

So he say the 'armpit to armpit' measurement on this Medium / EU 38 jacket is 17 inches......and wants a refund as i mislead him.

Have i lost my mind, or is the location of the arm seam irrelevant? The width of the jacket is constant, the 'pit-to-pit' is relative to the item, but ultimately tells you nothing about the size?
Image below i made showing the buyer sending me photos to explain that the RED measurement is correct. Not the yellow.
Any help would be great !!
