I recently bought some Meermin Mallorca dres shoes and when I stand or walk in them long enough, the arch of my feet starts to hurt. Just curious whether I need to brake them in more or I might have to resort to adding insoles? If I need to add insoles, what's a good one for dress shoes?

I have never heard of someone having arch pain because the shoes weren't broken in yet. You need insoles or new shoes.

They may not have the right level of arch support. An insole is the approach in this case.
