Witnesses saw him escorting Paris Hilton around Vegas, shouting "firecrotch!" whenever the paparazzi steps on his Vass.

This is the peril of depending on one guy for our shoe Appreciation, now that aportnoy is MIA and we all get cranky and need our shoe Appreciation fix. Other members with great shoe collection need to rise up to fill the void.

My God, you people are treating him like Ken Lay. I'm in Houston and remember Lay well. But wait!!! You would not believe the influence and credibility that Lay had in Houston. And the good things he did for this town and how popular he was.

And then his ballyhoo was all revealed to be a House of Cards, and now Lay is gone!

Do you all remember how popular and credible aportnoy was on this Forum, and the good things he did and his influence! Could it have been
A House of Cards"?

Could those have been stock photos of the EG's and JL's? And a borrowed Persian Rug! Could there have been great pressure on poor Andrew to produce the famous "Entire Shoe Collection Picture"? Could that have been impossible, because in our "irrational enthusiasm", we had built the "Shoe Collection" to impossible to meet standards(like Enron's projected earnings!). And like Enron's incredible earnings, the incredible Shoe Collection was a fantasy! But oh, how we wanted to believe!

Ken Lay is gone! I hope aportnoy is not!

Well, does anyone recall him saying he'd take a picture of his shoe collection in the cockpit of his new Panoz Interceptor, with his phone camera?

The last I heard from him was around X'mas. I am sure Andrew's probably on vacation or catch up with work and social life after vacation, so just give him some time.

the word around the street is that he is walking the earth. finding new adventures and characters along the way. meeting Todd at Rodeo and jabbing his face and then a knee into the groin. he encountered a giant in Malaysia and knocked him down with one knee into the groin. he met sausages in Northampton and ...well, she's a lady.
