I've been trying to get the lowdown on whether or not it actually works. I've been developing some serious cramps/pains in the joints of my hands which are making playing guitar quite bothersome.

The scores of reviews I've read seem to be divided into two even camps: those who have tried it and swear by it, and those who are content to mock believers without ever putting one on. Unfortunately, I can't determine which reviews are authentic.
