Everyone seems gaga over spalla camica and its brethren. I feel like an unsophisticated oddball among the internet clothing folks. Thoughts?

Nope, I think all of the above is important to have in the aresenal.
Some Napels, some London....
Just no on the lumpy shoulders with the look of an old man.

Nay. Choose the one that pleases you the most. I've seen very good examples of roped shoulders. They can be very flattering, depends on wearer's physique.

You can have a softer shoulder with roping.
But your point is not without some merit.

That should give you more time to tabulate the hours. Nothing wrong with roping, I don't like it much, but that is on me.

You look very good without them. I don't.

I think that is the point. Everybody should wear what looks good on them. The only thing that looks really ridiculous is a soft, extended shoulder with significant roping. hen you just look like you have a growth on your tricep. I look really odd with a roped shoulder. I only have it on my tuxedo and it is very, very little even then.

Well, you could take it two ways. One would be work, and the other would be watching Kiton videos. The extra time comes from being relieved of the thousands of useless hours thinking about shoulders.

Yes, he does look good without. I prefer them personally, although I have yet to own a suit as tailored as some of Matts and that could change my mind.
