Where is that? Seems to be back to pre covid traffic

Metro Phoenix. That’s Loop 101 on the east side through Tempe and Mesa. We’re at/above pre-pandemic traffic levels. PM peak here is pretty busy…thankfully AM peak is spread and easier to get around than pre-pandemic. Maricopa County, which has about 4.6 million people, adds 100k people/year making us the fastest growing county in the country. Yeah…I know a lot of this stuff from what I do for a living ?
