Do you usually go size or half size up when buying driving shoes? Like if I normally wear 9D in Park Ave. Should I size up to 9.5D in above?
With that particular model I would not size up. The sizing on drivers is a real **** show. I have the Turner driver that in a D width fits like a C or B width. Force 10 has a huge gel insert that makes it too big without it and way too small with it. There are guys on this forum that can tell you generally how each driver fits but they will also tell you that each size 9D will fit differently in the same model.

Neo says the fits vary wildly. Do you wear a 9D or 9.5D in TTS lasts like 511? (Some people go down a half length/ up a width in the 65)

This is 110% accurate. I will just add - if you're a high instep person, dont underestimate the aggressively low vamps used on the 555 last stuff when they're not cxl.

Unfortunately you cant know for sure. I can tell you the Boulder will probably work in the 9D.

What's everyone's experience with AE shoe trees? Every time I buy a new set its a different size than the last one. I have XXL splits that fit smaller than some XL, but also have some XXL that can't even get into a shoe even if I force the spring to be full compressed. It's crazy, never know what you'll get. Some on the solid wood ones too.

Just got a pair of XXL which should fit 13 EEE and up. Put them in my 13D shoes and the spring is barely engaged. I have another pair of XXL trees that I tried putting into 13 EEE shoes and they can't fit, even if you forced it.

Maybe just me?

Sometimes I buy them directly from Woodlore--always cheaper...
