City Center DC AE store took some riot damage yesterday. Doesn't look like they were able to loot. Be safe, Henry!

The past week has made me realize I really, really dislike our mainstream media. We had enough problems with covid and a severe recession. I'm trying my best to avoid reading or paying attention to these riots. One cool thing I noticed is that the store windows still have the old AE logo on them. Glad they failed to loot.

Went for a haircut just now. I was unprepared for the reaction of women who were told, just haircuts, no perms or dyes being done yet. They lost their minds.

Maiden voyage of the MD suede chukka. Sockless with chinos for a cool morning.

These babies are going to get worked in a lot with the warm weather!

I took time out of my time set aside to burn a car to clean up my Alden 975s LWB. Included here for shoe Appreciation purposes. Dappled sunlight and portrait mode I personally think AE should reconsider having the shell MacNeil in their offerings.

@Roycru mentioned Barnato many pages back.

Someone got bored and wanted to blow an absolute boatload of cash by recreating his Blue Train beater. And while I can think of better ways to do it, I can't think of *MANY*.

That is so cool, and would be great in a WalMart parking log getting groceries :) It would be a hard decision between that and a Ferrari.....But I think the Bentley would win.

I would submit that the individual with the free cash to purchase that car likely wouldn't be getting groceries at walmart, nor would they have to choose betwixt it and any other mobile-a-mobile.

Oh, I'm sure if a person had 500K + to spend on a car, they wouldn't be going to WalMart, but it would look so goooood.

I totally would. I'd park it in the FURTHEST POSSIBLE two spots from the door and enjoy the stroll. But yeah, I'd rock that booger so hard at wally world.

Maybe not RIGHT THIS MOMENT in history of course.

I had the windows down slightly on the way to the range today. Some road rager ran up at a stoplight and yanked on the window so hard it shattered. I have no idea what I did to upset him so. I'm guessing calling the cops and having him arrested probably didn't win me any favors after the fact though.

Think of the fun of taking that car to Sonic.
