This thread finally talked me into it. Burgundy piccola & Chocolate grossa ordered! Had been trying to catch a couple Drake's on sale but keep missing. I think I'll be plenty happy with Hobers though.

You'll be HAPPIER with Hobers. You can completely customize it instead of settling for a what-you-get-on-sale Drake's.

What fabric are you looking for? I love my green wool challis.

I have a grenadine grossa forest green, which is nice but since I like the color, I'd like to add a non-grenadine.

I finally ordered a black grenadine in my most recent order along with two of the new ones. Can't believe it took me so long to get such a classic tie. (like stitches said, that is a great combo! love the dark tie with the light jacket look.)

What Macclesfield prints would you recommend? I've found w/ Macclesfields that the picture online doesn't do them justice--color is duller than in real life. So I'm curious what standout ties you've gotten from this collection. The 106, 117, 119 are three that jump out, but probably because I've seen pics of each posted here. Also considering one of the pindots. Any suggestions welcomed.
